Our co-design work has focused on different themes. The themes cover:
- how people access social care services
- if a person is eligible, what services they can get
- the eligibility criteria used by councils to decide if people should get a service
Eligibility criteria are a set of measures that allow councils to decide how much support a person can get.
Our work is looking to improve the ways people get social care support.
This includes big changes to eligibility criteria.
This will help people get the right care for them.
