Legal support for children's rights: grant funding
Grants for law centres to provide legal advice and representation for children and young people. Closed for applications.
Who can apply
To apply, your organisation must:
- be a registered charity based in and operating in Scotland
- be an established law centre
- be authorised to provide legal services through solicitors regulated by the Law Society of Scotland
- have a proven track record of providing legal support to help children and young people access their rights
You must also show how you will ensure the quality of your legal services. This includes any relevant accreditation.
If you do not meet all of these requirements, we cannot consider your application.
