Legal support for children's rights: grant funding

Grants for law centres to provide legal advice and representation for children and young people. Closed for applications.

What we expect from funded organisations

Fair Work First

If you receive funding, you must:

  • pay at least the real Living Wage to all staff aged 16 and over (including apprentices) who are directly employed and work on this project
  • ensure any third-party workers directly engaged in delivering the project are also paid at least the real Living Wage
  • demonstrate that all workers can raise concerns and have their voices heard

Reporting

You will need to:

  • produce quarterly progress reports
  • attend quarterly meetings with the Scottish Government
  • provide detailed expenditure breakdowns

Reports should evidence how grant objectives are being delivered and highlight any challenges.
