Grant outcomes
Grant 1 outcomes
Funded projects should help ensure children and young people in Scotland:
- can access legal information about their rights
- understand how to use the law to enforce their rights
- have access to free, independent, child-centred legal representation
- benefit from early resolution of rights issues
The grantee is expected to demonstrate how their project has improved the circumstances of the children and young people supported to access their rights.
Grant 2 outcomes
Funded projects should help ensure children and young people facing socio-economic barriers:
- can access legal information and support about their rights
- understand how to use the law to enforce their rights
- benefit from early resolution of rights issues
