Inclusive communication toolkit
This toolkit provides practical support to make communication between people and services more inclusive.
Module 3: Inclusive communication good practice standards and indicators
This module - number three in a series of five - sets out Scottish Government’s working definition of inclusive communication good practice. All public sector organisations in Scotland are encouraged to use this definition and the standards that go with it.
