About the Global Connections Survey 2022/2023
This guidance is for businesses invited by the Scottish Government to take part in the Global Connections Survey 2022/2023.
The Global Connections Survey (GCS) is the only international trade survey covering the whole economy in Scotland. It can provide a reliable indication of sales to other parts of the UK, as well as internationally. It is an essential part of estimating the size of Scotland’s economy.
This year, we are collecting data for 2022 and 2023. This will mean that you won’t be asked to take part in the survey again in a short period of time.
We are grateful to all businesses that take the time to respond to the Global Connections Survey.
