How to complete the survey
The survey is completed online at this link: https://procxed.scotxed.net/GC
You will be asked to enter your username and password, which you will find in the letter inviting you to take part.
You do not need to complete the survey in one go as you can save what you have entered using the ‘save’ option and go back to it later using your log-in details.
Once you have provided all the information that you are able to, you should click the ‘save and submit’ button at the bottom of the page. A big blue ‘save and submit’ button will then appear at the top of the page. Click this button to send the completed return.
