NES Data Group are tasked by the Scottish Government to forecast the Consultant and General Medical Practitioner (GMP) workforce from 2025 to 2045. The model is then adapted to measure the effect of four policy scenarios on the workforce. These policy scenarios were determined by Scottish Government policy officials as illustrative
