Equality and Human Rights Mainstreaming: Governance Framework
Sets out the Scottish Government’s approach to delivery of the Equality and Human Rights Mainstreaming Action Plan and how we will ensure senior-level ownership and visible leadership.
Review
Due to the iterative nature of the Action Plan and other ongoing governance work the Framework will be adaptable and evolving. We will routinely explore whether we can incorporate wider mainstreaming activity into the Framework. We will also routinely review our approach to governance to ensure its effectiveness. Dates for reviews will be published alongside the Terms of Reference once the Board has convened and reviewed all the available data.
