Fair Work
The Fair Work in Social Care Implementation Group is a working group. It is trying to make working in social care better.
A working group is when a group of experts work together on a project.
The Interim NCS Advisory Board has given advice to the government on how to support the working group.
The advice is mainly about pay for people who work for organisations that are run by charities and private companies.
This includes improving:
- how much people who work in social care are paid
- how decisions are made about pay for people who work in social care
