Introduction

The Scottish Government published a report in 2023. This said it would look at fair and equal support for part-time learners.

A consultation is when the government asks people for their views before making changes to a law or policy, or when making a new one.

In March 2025 the Scottish Government said a consultation on support for Part-time Study and Disabled Students would take place.
