Building standards: performance framework for verifiers - 1 April 2026

Key performance outcomes used to monitor the work of building standards local authority verifiers. This framework is effective from 1 April 2026.


6. Service Improvements and Partnership Working

This section should include a summary of service improvements delivered in the last financial year, as well as those planned for the coming year from 1 April with examples of partnership working and actions to improve performance against KPO targets.
