Recommendations and Conclusion

The Strategy document, as an overarching framework to assist in setting out where action could be taken to address pressures and threats facing cetaceans in UK waters, will not be implementing new policy. No impacts on protected characteristics have been identified within this EQIA process. However, as the Strategy recommendations are developed going forward and as any actions are implemented, it is recommended that potential impacts on protected groups or individuals will be considered and assessed at the level of the action.
