Excluded matters
The Scottish Government and the Green Group agree that a number of matters are excluded from the scope of this agreement, including matters on which they agree to differ. Those matters are set out in the annex to this agreement, which may be amended, exceptionally, under the process set out in Raising and resolving concerns.
