When you can apply
You can apply for funding from May 2025 to 31 July 2025.
We cannot provide funding for any costs incurred before a grant offer letter has been agreed and signed.
Test and Learn project year three timeline
- May 2025 - application window opens
- 31 July 2025 - application window closes
- September 2025 - grant letters issued and projects can begin
- 31 March 2026 - all projects must end
- April 2026 – End of project reports submitted
Projects which received funding in Year 2 of the project (2024-25).
The Scottish Government in collaboration with Colleges Scotland, Universities Scotland and CLD sector bodies will host an information session for prospective applicants when the application window opens.
