This publication presents statistics on the number of referrals, starts and job outcomes for Fair Start Scotland, an employability support service aiming to help unemployed people into sustainable employment, up to the end of June 2020.

5. Since the COVID-19 lockdown FSS is delivered over the phone or online, with face to face interaction paused. This has impacted the collection of equalities data. We will be engaging with FSS service providers to ensure ethnicity response rates are maximised going forward.
