Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme monthly management information: November 2025

This report presents management information for Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme to provide an indication of progress on a monthly basis.

Data, limitations and use of Management Information

The summary Management Information (MI) presented in this report is based on data collected by the Cladding Remediation Directorate in the normal course of business to deliver the Cladding Remediation Programme. Whilst any data used goes through a process of quality assurance, MI is not always subject to the same level of validation and checking as Official Statistics.

The information included in this publication is based on operational data. This means that although we work to ensure the numbers are as accurate as possible, they may be subject to change based on changes to operational processes, definitions, and or available information. We are working with data suppliers to highlight areas where improvements need to be made. This includes improvements relating to processes and assurance measures used to record the data that is used to produce this publication, to improve its quality.

Additionally, the information provided in this publication is unlikely to provide the complete picture of progress to mitigate cladding fire safety risk in Scotland. In terms of assessment of buildings, this release only reports on the progress of Single Building Assessments (SBAs) and therefore does not include information on other types of assessment carried out prior to the publication of the SBA specification in June 2024. It is also possible that developers or other organisations have started and/or completed more SBAs and/or remedial works than the Cladding Remediation Programme is currently aware of. Work carried out since 2017 by social landlords on buildings that they are responsible for is also not reported on.
