Single Building Assessments

As at 30 November 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had been informed that 16 Single Building Assessments (SBAs), based on the specification published in June 2024, had been completed. The number of completed SBAs had not increased over the last two months.

As at 30 November 2025, the Scottish Government Cladding Remediation Programme was aware that one other SBA had been started, but not completed. The number of SBAs underway had not increased over the last month.
