Data sharing agreement between the Scottish Ministers and all public sector organisations holding the Heat Map datasets.

Retention and deletion of data

The Recipient may retain the Heat Map Data it has received under this agreement for as long as the Heat Map Data are required for the Purposes outlined in section 5. When the Heat Map Data are no longer required for the Purposes the Heat Map Data shall be destroyed securely in accordance with HMG Information Assurance Standards.
