The Census asked “Are your day-to-day activities limited because of a health problem or disability which has lasted, or is expected to last, at least 12 months?” The question also asked people to include problems related to old age.

Overall, 13.5% of the Roma population indicated that they experienced a long-term health condition that limited their day-to-day activities a lot or a little. Broken down, 5.7% reported being a limited a lot, and 7.8% reported being limited a little.
