Can I change my mind?
Yes, you can change your mind at any time about sperm freezing. It’s normal to feel uncertain or anxious about the process, and speaking with a counsellor or fertility doctor can help you work through your feelings. However, having these discussions does not mean you have to freeze your sperm.
