Are there any alternatives if I can’t freeze my sperm before treatment starts?

If you decide not to store your sperm before your cancer treatment or it is not possible before your treatment, fertility options in the future may be reduced. There are still other ways to build a family. Please see below for information on using donor sperm or adoption.
