This one-year pay agreement - covering 2024 to 2025 - applies to all NHS Scotland resident doctors and dentist in training.
Main points
- 1 year pay deal covering 2024 to 2025 11% total pay increase for all staff in 2 stages:
- 8.5% from 1 April 2024
- 2.3% from 1 October 2024
- allowances and premiums also increased
- total investment of £64.1 million
