Agenda for Change staff pay

This pay agreement - covering 2025 to 2027 - applies to NHS staff governed by the Agenda for Change agreement, including:

2 year pay deal covering 2025 to 2026, and 2026 to 2027
8% total pay increase for all staff in 2 stages:
- 4.25% from 1 April 2025
- 3.75% from 1 April 2026
guaranteed to be at least one percentage point above CPI inflation each year
includes allowances, Recruitment and Retention Premium (RRP), and Two-Tier Agreement
