Part three of the plan sets out how primary care services are in a strong position to respond to the changing and growing needs of our population.
Erratum
An erratum was published on 02/05/2018 at pdf page 40. 'With the introduction of the new formula, no GP practices in Scotland' was updated to read 'With the introduction of the new formula, all GP practices in Scotland'.
The pdf and html have both been updated within the document to reflect these changes.
