This is an easy read report from sessions Scottish Government held around health and social care procurement policy. These sessions were part of our Co-design Partnership Programme.
Co-design sessions
The Scottish Government held 4 co-design sessions on social care procurement in 2025 and 2026.
People from across Scotland shared their experiences and thoughts. This included people from different backgrounds and communities.
We worked with these charities to help run the sessions:
- Carr Gomm
- Minority Ethnic Carers of People Project (MECOPP)
- Next Chapters
- The Scottish Commission for people with Learning Disabilities (SCLD)
We had sessions online and in person. This helped more people to take part.
Glasgow Disability Alliance also gave us feedback. They shared their thoughts in writing and by speaking to us.
