GDP Monthly Estimate: February 2026
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) statistics measure changes in the output of the economy. This is an Official Statistics in Development publication for Scotland.
Part of
Scotland’s onshore GDP is estimated to have shown growth of 0.2% in the three months to February, compared to the previous three month period (the three months to November). This follows a growth of 0.1% in the three months to January 2026 and growth of 0.2% in the three months to December 2025 (2025 Quarter 4).
Figure 1: After being predominantly flat in 2023, underlying GDP has been growing since the start of 2024.
