GDP Monthly Estimate: February 2025
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) statistics measure changes in the output of the economy. This is an Official Statistics in Development publication for Scotland.
Part of
Scotland’s onshore GDP is estimated to have contracted by 0.2% in February. This follows revised growth of 0.4% in January (revised up from 0.3%).
In the three months to February, GDP is estimated to have grown by 0.7%, compared to the previous three month period. This is an increase in growth rate in comparison to the Quarter 4 2024 (October to December) growth of 0.1%.
