• The number of statutory community based throughcare cases commenced was 1,069 in 2025-26, a 3% increase on 1,042 in 2024-25. This was the 2nd highest level in the last ten years.
• The number of voluntary throughcare cases commenced fell by 20% between 2024-25 and 2025-26 from 1,409 to 1,127. This was the lowest level in the last ten years.
• In 2025-26, there were 817 home detention curfew assessment reports.
