Errata

An errata was published on 27 July 2021 as a result of changes on PDF page 27 to sections 2 A, B and C.

An errata was published on 22 April 2021 as a result of changes on PDF page 41 to the 5th paragraph under section 4.73.

The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
