Surface Area is calculated to account for overlap of sites within designation type to avoid duplicate area counts; area calculated in Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area projection (ETRS_1989_LAEA: WKID: 3035 Authority: EPSG) as per previous reporting to the European Union.
3 ‘Additional’ means not overlapping with European sites.
