Step Five – Recommendation

In preparing the ICIA, the Scottish Government has formed the opinion that our policy, strategy or service is NOT likely to have an effect on an island community which is significantly different from its effect on other communities (including other island communities).

FFP partners are encouraged to take a place based and local approach to delivery and to engage community voice. This enables Island Communities considerations to be carefully factored in at every stage of delivery.
