Title of policy:

Establishment of the Centre for Teaching Excellence

Summary of aims and desired outcomes of Policy:

The establishment of the Centre for Teaching Excellence (‘the Centre’) aims to support improvement in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment across Scotland. The Centre will support all registered teachers, including those working in Gaelic Medium Education, to actively lead and engage with research and evidence to inform and develop their professional practice.
