Early learning and childcare: data transformation project

Project to address the shortcommings of the current Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) census.

Atached to this publication (see the supporting files sidebar) are the following ELC DTP privacy information documents:

data protection impact assessment (DPIA): considers and explains the privacy impact of the project
privacy notice: details the data items to be collected, how the data is going to be securely processed and the purpose for this data being collected
data sharing statement: details how personal data shared with the Scottish Government through the ELC data trials and census is processed by Education Analytical Services. This statement reflects the privacy notice and provides additional details to support data providers involved in providing ELC data
privacy notice flyer: produced for parents and carers of children accessing funded ELC to address the key data protection requirements of the project
