6. Next Steps

We will share a report in 2026 to see how the work is going.

There are things that we will look at more in the future.

Some of these things are:

  • making the day to day extra costs of being a disabled person lower
  • working towards our target to have many more disabled people finding work by 2038
  • working to make sure that disabled people can travel as easily as everyone else
  • working to stop hate crime from happening

A hate crime is when someone does something to hurt you because of who you are or who they think you are.

This is the end of the Plan.
