Devolved disability benefits: decision making evaluation

Overall, there is evidence that the policy principles of decisions being person-centred and trust-based are being met, however, client experience tended to vary depending on their circumstances.

Annex B: Supplementary tables

Please note that the following tables only include respondents who applied for Adult or Child Disability Payment. Note that with the exception of type of disability which was provided by the Client Satisfaction Survey team, these numbers were taken from the Client Satisfaction Survey 2024-25 Annual report and the corresponding supplementary tables published. The numbers were calculated based on the proportions and total numbers provided and then rounded up or down to the nearest whole number, as appropriate.
