5. Expiry of the Coronavirus Acts

5.1 As set out above, Part 1 of both Scottish Acts expired at the end of 30 September 2022.

5.2 The majority of the devolved temporary provisions in the UK Act expired on 24 March 2022, and the five provisions which were extended by SSI to 24 September 2022 have now expired.
