Your response to this consultation should be informed by the refreshed draft Supporting Children's Learning Code of Practice and we recommend that you review this before responding. A summary and an Easy Read are also available.

The refreshed guidance is intended to support a wide range of organisations and individuals who are involved in supporting children and young people with additional support needs. Consequently, we expect to receive views as part of this consultation from a varied audience of respondents. The following questions are therefore intended to encompass all respondents. Where there are specific areas of the guidance which you wish to provide feedback on, you can do so via question 7.
