Early medical abortion at home: consultation
We are seeking views on the future arrangements for early medical abortion at home across Scotland. The responses will help to inform our decision on whether the current arrangements should continue once there is no longer a significant risk of COVID-19 transmission.
Errata
An errata was published on 14 October 2020 as a result of changes on PDF page 6.
The change consisted of an amendment to paragraph 14 of the text to avoid suggesting that other countries in Europe have been enabling women to take mifepristone at home for some time. This followed a misunderstanding about the position in one European country in particular, which has now been clarified by the Scottish Government.
The HTML and PDF documents have been updated to reflect this change.
