Have you applied the compensation hierarchy in identifying proposed compensatory measure(s)? (section 5)

Have you provided the necessary evidence in circumstances where you wish to step through the compensation hierarchy? (section 5.6)

Have you provided the necessary level of detail on the compensatory measure(s) you propose to implement, including detailed success criteria and monitoring/adaptive management plans? (section 7, section 10 and section 11)

Have you provided the necessary evidence for Scottish Ministers to be able to conclude whether the benefit of the compensatory measure(s) to be delivered are reasonably proportionate to the anticipated adverse effects? (section 6 and section 7.7)
