The Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019 (Reports on Use of Places of Safety) Regulations 2022: BRIA
This business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) considers the impact on businesses and consumers of Regulations being laid which specify the information to be included in reports on the use of the place of safety power contained in section 28 of the Act, which are prepared by the Scottish Ministers.
