Children’s Hearings Redesign Board

Overview

The Children's Hearings Redesign Board is a group of leaders from organisations that have a statutory responsibility for the operation and management of the Children’s Hearings System. 

The board is responsible for providing oversight for delivering change to the Children’s Hearings System.

Its task is to ensure that any changes made are underpinned by clear and compelling evidence and show clear benefits to children and their families.

It is co-chaired by the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).
