Children’s Hearings: Redesign Board

Overview

The Children's Hearings Redesign Board is a group of leaders from organisations that have a statutory responsibility for the operation and management of the Children’s Hearings System. It  is co-chaired by the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).

The board is responsible for providing oversight for delivering change to the Children’s Hearings System. Its task it to ensure that any changes made are underpinned by clear and compelling evidence and show clear benefits to children and their families.
