Monitoring and Review

Monitoring and evaluation of the project have been built into the design and costs for this are included in the funding. Glasgow HSCP has established proportionate monitoring (including demographics) from the services and have awarded a contract to Glasgow University to evaluate the project.

The project will continually be monitored and evaluated throughout the process. The findings will be shared with all partners in the project.

There is a steering group, led by Glasgow City HSCP, for this project to provide accountability and governance. Scottish Government are represented on this and meet regularly with the HSCP.
