Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 - Draft Regulations Consultation
A consultation on draft regulations transferring certain appeal functions of the Transport Tribunal and allocating new appeal functions relating to bus services improvement partnerships to the Upper Tribunal for Scotland, along with rules governing composition and procedure.

1 Section 39(1) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 sets out the various circumstances in which the Traffic Commissioner may impose a penalty. Sections 35 and 38 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (yet to be commenced) replace “Quality Partnerships” and “Quality Contracts” referenced in section 39(1) of the 2001 Act with “bus services improvement partnerships” and “local services franchises”.
