9. It is worth noting that these “building archetypes” are not inherently on or off the gas grid. Each “building archetype” is in fact associated with a subset of “detailed archetypes” that describe further characteristics of a property, including its location on or off the gas grid. As a result, a particular “building archetype” is always described by a share of “detailed archetypes” that are either on or off the gas grid.
