An Open Market Review into current and planned broadband infrastructure across Scotland. The outcome will support the planning and prioritisation of public interventions and minimise the risk of disrupting commercial plans. Data collected will inform broadband interventions in Scotland.

Submit your OMR response by 5pm on 28 October 2026
If you have not provided a submission by the closing date, but have responded to a previous OMR, we will automatically re-use your previous submission (unless you instruct otherwise). However, this will be subject to evaluation, and clarification questions where necessary, and your treatment may be reclassified.
