Control scheme made by NatureScot under section 8 of the Deer (Scotland) Act 1996 which has been confirmed by the Minister for Agriculture and Connectivity.

1. NatureScot’s formal classification of the feature condition is only reached once the fieldwork for the entire SSSI is completed and the results are collated, assessed, checked and signed-off. The survey covered here is not a complete assessment of the entire condition of the blanket bog feature of these SSSIs; this was a partial survey of each of these three SSSIs.
