Operation plan detailing how Marine Scotland will monitor and ensure compliance with The Sea Fish (Prohibition On Fishing) (Firth Of Clyde) Order 2024.

Communications and publicity

Communications will be restricted to low-key social media, organised by policy colleagues. Additionally local Operations Officers will communicate by engaging and promoting the revised closure with stakeholders and local Industry reps. It is not considered necessary to repeat the high-profile communications which were undertaken in 2022, stakeholders are more aware of the closure.
