Scottish Rural Communities Policy Review: Reviewing approaches and tools for evaluating rural community development interventions

Introduction

This report is an output of the Scottish Rural Communities Policy Review and presents findings from a review of monitoring and evaluation approaches and tools applicable to rural community development initiatives.

The author, Ellie Brodie, is the director of Grounded Insight and has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, policy influencer and researcher, shaping government policy and amplifying the impact of charities and not-for-profits.
