Guidance on funding to set up a project to promote Scotland’s worldwide reputation. The applications window for the Scottish Connections Fund closed on 9 September 2025.

Overview

This fund is now closed to applications.

The Scottish Connections Fund offers funding to  set up new projects to promote Scotland’s reputation and interests.

It is open to individuals and organisations who consider themselves to have a Scottish connection.

You can bid for a grant between £2,000 and £5,000, from an available total sum of £75,000 in 2025 to 2026. Projects must be completed by the end of March 2026.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on 9 September 2025.
